Group asks Google to stop map image service (Reuters)

TOKYO (Reuters) - A group of Japanese lawyers and professors asked on Friday that Google Inc stop providing detailed street-level images of Japanese cities on the Internet, saying they violated privacy rights.

AFP/Google.com Examines HIV/AIDS In Philippines (Medical News Today)

AFP/Google.com on Tuesday examined HIV/AIDS in the Philippines and efforts by local health care workers and advocates to address the disease. According to United Nations data that is based on government figures, about 8,600 people were living with HIV last year. This compares with 610,000 in neighboring Thailand, 290,000 in Vietnam and 75,000 in Cambodia.
