TradeComet.com, which owns the search engine SourceTool.com, filed an antitrust lawsuit against Google Inc on Tuesday, accusing it of engaging in illegal predatory conduct to drive them out of business.

Vodafone has secured an exclusive deal to sell the next generation Google phone dubbed the G2 in Europe.

Vodafone has shown off its first smartphone based on the Google backed Android operating system. The phone, being built by HTC (who also make T-Mobile's G1 handset) is exclusive to Vodafone in the UK, Spain, Germany and France (SFR) and available on a non-exclusive basis in Italy.
